A PrisonEven though there are corrupt evil people employed by the BOP as referenced on this link; there are good employees.

Listed below are the BOP employees Kimball came in contact with that were assessed by Kimball and other prisoners as doing a good job while treating prisoners in a humane fashion.

Note: Only 3 employees were noted at Coleman/Low Federal Prison in Coleman, Florida. This is because the vast majority of employees degraded prisoners; made up charges against prisoners; while the majority of Coleman employees would stick together “lying” about a prisoner and inflicting unwarranted punishment. This happened from the security officers to Captain Evans to Warden Swope and Warden Killian . A very sick way to run a prison, while at Yazoo/Low Federal Prison making up charges was a rarity, not the norm.

Kimball does not know the names of all the employees at Yazoo Prison and is sure there are good BOP employees at Yazoo that are not mentioned below. This list will be updated as the names are acquired.

Special note: the employees named below that have an asterisk (*) before their names are BOP employees at Yazoo, that excel at their jobs. Comments about these special employees appear at the end of the list of names.

Mr. Charles – Counselor is an excellent counselor and excellent in handling prisoners. Mr. Charles easily qualifies for the position of unit manager .

Ms. L. Chisolm – Case Manager excels at her job and has gone out of her way to help deserving prisoners. Ms. Chisolm easily qualifies as a unit manager and for training as an Assistant Warden.

Mr. Cortez – Counselor is by far the best counselor and humane person Kimball has ever met in the BOP . It appears to Kimball, higher staff at Yazoo do not like Cortez. It may very well be staff at Yazoo do not like Mr. Cortez; not only because he is extremely intelligent but because he treats prisoners with respect. However, Kimball knows none of the 2,000 some odd prisoners at Yazoo, that do not treat Mr. Cortez with the “highest” respect. Mr. Cortez is well qualified to be a Warden at any BOP prison.

Mr. Fisher – Assistant Warden not only excels at his job ; he is underrated at his position of Assistant Warden. Mr. Fisher would easily qualify as a BOP regional manager.

Mr. Hail- Security Officer one of the best, and treats everybody with respect

Mr. Frazer - Case Manager
