What is lawless authority?
- A person with authoritative power who is immune from laws/rules or regulations that govern their authority, or is assured, other persons of authority will refuse to take action, and will be passive, regarding their violations.
- A person of authority who is not accountable to anyone by law for depriving another of a legal, or humanitarian right.
- A person in any authoritative position exempt from obeying any law, rule or regulation in which another is held accountable for; either by law, or by the deliberate passiveness of others of authority.
- A person of authority who allows another person of authority to violate laws/rules or regulations surrounding their employment, or that any other person is accountable for.
- A person employed by the US Government, state, county or city who holds authoritative power to investigate, prosecute or judge any criminal activity, who violates any laws, rules or regulations which encompass their expressed duties, or the rights of the accused and is not held accountable for their illegal acts.
