Kimball's DEATH TRANSFER is ordered by Raymond E. Holt

BOP Regional Director Raymond E. Holt retaliates against James T. Kimball by ordering his torture and death transfer. Kimball after being sent to Yazoo punishment prison for 3 years by Raymond E. Holt in retaliation for helping other inmates is now in Texarkana, Texas for his FINAL torture and death, pre-planned and masterminded by Raymond E. Holt, Kimball was transferred to FCI Texarkana from Yazoo on February 23rd 2005. Kimball arrived in Texarkana on the 27th of February 2005.

Kimball was retaliated against at Coleman prison in Florida after 2 murder attempts by BOP staff and sent to Yazoo punishment prison. The accounting is on this web site; click here to view it.

For three years at Yazoo Kimball has exposed the torture and the murder on going at Yazoo. Finally with the help of local humanitarian BOP lower rank staff members at Yazoo, the BOP is shipping all seriously ill prisoners that have been tortured and still survived.

Recently printouts of web site posting news update under BOP December 6, 2004 were posted on the bulletin boards at Yazoo by concerned BOP staff members, Kimball was advised. This news update revealed the most recent atrocities at Yazoo. Yazoo prison and Raymond E. Holt both immediately retaliated and Kimball was thrown in the SHU (THE HOLE). After Kimball was placed in the hole the 2,000 prisoners were informed all prisoners with serious medical problems were being shipped to other prisons with better medical facilities. Kimball was let out of the hole after this happened, apparently due to the outside pressure from people in the news media.

Kimball does not have any serious medical conditions. Kimball was advised by BOP staff at Yazoo that he was re-classified as serious medical while he was in the hole as a cover up for Kimball's transfer to a worse punishment prison further away from his family in Florida. Kimball had been recommended twice for a transfer to a camp facility in Florida by the previous warden at Yazoo. Raymond E. Holt blocked the transfers. Raymond E. Holt and Yazoo Warden Connie Reese lied in letters to senators. CLC Holds those letter written by Raymond E. Holt and Connie Reese, refusing to send Kimball to a camp facility closer to his family.

Prisoners that have come to Yazoo from Texas (FCI Big Spring) have told Kimball of the medical horror stories there, which are worse than Yazoo. Epidemics of Tuberculosis and Chicken Pox were running rampant at FCI Big Spring with Federal prisoners sleeping in 3 story high open dormitories in beds less than 2 feet apart with the air conditioning not operating at times.

It appears Raymond E. Holt has sent 65 year old Kimball, in good health, to an environment like that to get better medical treatment and look after his well being.
