We can free the innocent and "reduce"
the oppressive sentences of "corrupt"
Government officials
Don't believe for a second that anyone individually can get out of prison if they are innocent, or grossly over-sentenced by filing legitimate motions with the courts, that should win by law.
No more than half of 1% of all the motions filed, that should win by law, do win.
The "corrupt" court system ("judges")
are geared to keep you in prison once
you are placed there
A "few" honest and ethical judges reduce sentences and let the innocent out of prison; however it is rare. A survey of 500 winning motions of appeal, or to reduce sentences, or vacate sentences because of violations of constitutional rights, laws, rules and regulations by the Government; One Wins.
When it's crystal clear in transcript testimony Government witnesses lied under oath, prosecutors fabricated charges, refused witnesses, just plain lied to the judge and jury One Wins, out of 500 filed.
The "totally corrupt" justice system in the US
"invents" ways to unjustly keep the oppressed
in prison by inventing ways to "violate" their
oath, the constitutional rights of every
individual
and their human rights
As examples:
Judges have "invented""new terms"(words) that deprive every US citizen of their constitutional rights to due process of law, equal justice of law, the right to defend themselves, the right of assistance of counsel, their rights to freedom of speech, their rights to life and liberty, their rights to be free of cruel and abusive treatment and so on.
Harmless Error is a term these "corrupt judges" use constantly, every time the Government employees (prosecutors, Government agents) violate a law in pursuit of a conviction, violate the person's constitutional rights in the pursuit of a conviction, commit perjury in the pursuit of a conviction, reward confidential informants for perjury; the judges scream out Harmless Error as they let the plea stand, the trial to continue, or dismiss the motion to vacate, or reduce each person's sentence.
WAIT A MINUTE: If it's "Harmless Error" for the Government to violate the laws or constitutional rights of all these US citizens; then it's "Harmless Error" by the accused, when they violated the law. Equal justice under the law; and equal protection.
These "Demented Judges" say; it's OK for all the Government employees to violate the laws, and do nothing; while they "continually" allow the Government employees' violations of law, "convict" US citizens.
A clear violation of judges' "Oath"
before God and constitutional rights
of every person
Corrupt judges use the word prejudice in an illegal manner, to convict and keep people in prison.
Prejudice means:"deprived" of some lawful right. Our lawful rights are: "all" of our constitutional rights, and /or our right to have all Government employees, (judges, prosecuting attorneys, Government agents) NOT disobey "any" laws, rules, regulations, or their oaths in acquiring a conviction of any person in the United States. Those at minimum, would be everyone's "lawful rights."
Motions are turned down like popcorn by "corrupt evil judges" simply by using this phase: The motion did not state: How you were prejudice.
WAIT A MINUTE: The motions these corrupt judges just turned down, clearly proved in transcript form, that the accused's constitutional rights had been violated, during the indictment and/or plea, or trial, and laws were violated by the agents in their apprehension of the accused.
The "corrupt judge" knew by the motion and its exhibits that Government employees violated the law and constitutional rights of the accused or convicted. If those violations of law caused the person to go to jail, or prison, that would also be a violation of the constitution. The right to liberty.
By the motion and its exhibits the "corrupt judge"knows the person has been deprived of their lawful rights, thus "prejudice."
Yet these corrupt evil judges "decline" the motion by stating in their denial:
You didn't say how you were prejudice!!
Now these "slick" judges are admitting they
are not only "corrupt and evil" they want
everyone to believe; they are "imbeciles"
These judges are admitting; they are not intelligent enough to
figure out for themselves, that the person was deprived of a
lawful right
Give Me A Break!!
These corrupt judges have "violated" their "oath"
before God and the people of the United States;
"deliberately" obstructed justice; caused
"irrefutable harm" to the accused, or
imprisoned; along with their families
and relatives.
Review Proposed Constitutional Amendment
Kimball has reviewed "hundreds" of judges' decisions denying motions and appeals for "Harmless Error" when the Government employee violates the law, or rules of the court, or because the motion didn't "state exactly" how the person was deprived of some legal right (prejudice), when any "idiot" could tell how the person was prejudice by the violations of law the Government employees perpetrated against the accused or convicted.
That's exactly what the corrupt judicial system wants you to do, take the "experts", in "corrupt law," (the judges and prosecutors) on "individually" on a one to one, or case by case basis. Theycan control that "one on one". They are "absolutely""immune" from violating their own laws; everyone's rights, breaking up families and hurting relatives.
However
Everyone that has wrongly been convicted or
over-sentenced has a 99% chance to "vacate"
their sentence and "dramatically" reduce their
over-sentencing if they ban together
