GHI/MRI

GHI/MRI was formed in the mid 1990's as a non-profit organization. The people involved at that time were doctors, scientists, researchers and one Government undercover agent, unbeknownst to anyone within the corporation at the time. James T. Kimball was the founder and President of the corporation.

Louis Smith of Wesley Chapel, Florida was the Judas undercover agent that assisted other Government employees in framing Kimball. The transcript testimony and documentation on this website prove that fact beyond any reasonable doubt.

The people involved with GHI/MRI volunteered their services and received absolutely no remuneration for their efforts, to include the Board of Directors and all clerical workers.

GHI/MRI was formed to provide a variety of services to the public. Some of the many services were as follows:

  1. To inform the public which products, procedures and medical devices were most effective in treating medical afflictions, both terminal and non-terminal.
  2. To inform the public as to what products were currently in development throughout the world, in which their trial results revealed to be far more effective in treating terminal diseases than what was currently in the marketplace.
  3. To hire lobbyists to inform members of Congress of the corruption between employees of the FDA, Pharmaceutical companies and the Judicial Branch of Government; in hopes laws would be passed to estopp this ongoing activity. GHI/MRI and its associates held overwhelming proof that this activity was costing the lives and the quality of life of millions of Americans yearly.
  4. To inform the public of the fact that the FDA had ordered books burned which revealed successful alternative medical treatments for terminal diseases (a matter of public record).
  5. To inform the public of the fact that the FDA and the Pharmaceutical Industry had influenced some people in Congress and people sitting on the highest court in our country to shatter the 1 st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
    1. The First Amendment states: Congress shall make "NO" law "abridging" the "freedom of speech." Congress under the influence of the FDA, Pharmaceutical Industry endorsed by the "Highest Court Judges" shredded those well founded words to pieces. Many years ago, the FDA, Pharmaceutical Industry, along with the Justice Department used their lobbyists to give our elected officials in Congress a total "Snow Job". They convinced the legislature that the Government, (FDA) must have total control over all products and devices that every US citizen uses for their personal medical uses. Further, if any words are spoken or reduced to writing which suggests any product, food or device may have any medicinal benefit or may effect any bodily function; prevent or cure a medical ailment, the product now becomes a drug, and a criminal act to sell or promote such.
      The law was passed and all the Federal courts across the land hardly endorsed this law, which blatantly violated everyone's Constitutional rights, not only to freedom of speech, but to freedom to choose what products they can use to save their lives or improve their quality of life. The Justice Department via the Supreme Court Justices and appellate court justices immediately rubber-stamped the law as constitutional. Inventing a new name for such illegal speech. The Justice Department called such criminal illegal speech, "Commercial speech" and commenced upon the public, incarcerating thousands of people, most recently James T. Kimball and Jason Vale for making truthful medical claims as to the benefit of food type products.
    2. The Judicial Branch of Government now eagerly becomes the police for the Pharmaceutical cartel placing people in prison for saying: Oranges contains Vitamin C and Vitamin C helps prevent cancer along with the common cold. The orange now becomes a drug the person selling the orange and advising his customers the truthful medical claims now becomes a criminal and goes to prison.
  6. This exact same scenario has happened to thousands of Americans who would have never visited jails or prisons if it weren't for the passage of such an unconstitutional law, fully endorsed by the Justice System. The Justice Department's job is to protect the people of the United States from the passage of unconstitutional laws, NOT endorse and rubber stamp them.
  7. Over the years the Justice Department, FDA and Pharmaceutical cartel has incarcerated many Americans making truthful claims regarding products that can not only save people's lives, but dramatically improve their quality of life.
  8. At Kimball's trial in 2000 that exact law was used to convict Kimball. The Government had their expert witnesses testify to the jury, it was a criminal act to have, or add a label of any medical claim to a bag of cookies, even if the claim were true, and the cookies contained herbs and vitamins of nutritional value.
  9. With an informed public and lobbyists informing Congressional persons; GHI/MRI believed blatant unconstitutional laws that restrict American citizens 1 st Amendment rights, the right to choose and the right to life and liberty could be abolished.
  10. After Kimball's incarceration, the operations of GHI/MRI continue. One of the directors is a renown medical doctor, researcher and author, Dr. Ward Dean.
  11. Most recently, GHI/MRI formed a division/branch, to inform the public regarding the atrocities committed by certain persons within the Department of Justice and other Governmental agencies; and to help free the multitude of totally innocent people these Government people are holding as "political prisoners".

This branch of GHI/MRI is called the Citizens Liberty Coalition (CLC) and its main goal is to bring back each American's constitutional rights which have been removed by a few evil people of power and influence; some of which control the activities of Government agencies.
