"Beware" of the FDA as they totally control "your life" through medicine

Almost 70 years ago the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was formed with good intentions.

The idea of the FDA was to review the medical products that were being sold in the 1930's to make sure the products were SAFE, and revealed effectiveness in treating a medical condition. Additionally, to rid the medical market of snake oil products sold as elixirs, that were promoted to cure everything from the common cold to small pox. The vast majority of the medical elixirs at the time, were nothing more than alcohol based juices of sorts.

If that's "all" the FDA did, then they never would have become the largest killer and extortionist on earth.

The FDA, like other Government agencies; to include many of our Government officials, were not happy with a little control over the people in the United States. They wanted total control, total control is total power!!

Along the way to gaining total control;

of dollars in graft, could "easily" be obtained.

It didn't take long for the companies that were producing effective medicinal products at the time, to realize that the FDA was going to gain control over their products. All those companies needed to do, is gain control over the FDA.

As the stock market was coming into its own, it was a simple matter for the larger medicinal product manufacturers to buy FDA employees with stock certificates, as it didn't remove any cash resources from their companies.

It was also just as easy to buy lobbyists to support the FDA in their struggle to gain more power to control"all" medicinal products.

In the beginning the FDA only wanted the power to control all medicinals to complete their mandate; which was to weed out the fake and dangerous medicinals, while approving all the rest which were "safe" and "effective". They asked the legislature to supply them more and more authority to regulate and approve "all" medicinal products.

The medicinal product manufacturers took on a new name; pharmaceutical companies as the medicinal products were renamed drugs.

The American Medical Association (AMA) was coming into its own around this time and wanted to jump on the FDA bandwagon of power, to secure their own future, power and control over doctors. They also joined in buying lobbyists to secure beneficiary laws to keep the AMA as a controlling factor, however, at the same time acquiring even more power for the FDA.

The prescription drug emerged; totally controlled by the FDA, and the doctors; who of course belonged to the AMA. If a medical doctor didn't belong to the AMA then they weren't an accredited doctor, bolstered the AMA. If a doctor belonged to the AMA; suggested the AMA; everyone could be assured, that medicinal doctor was a totally qualified medical doctor, and knew what he was doing. Of course, that was a bunch of hogwash. All the AMA wanted was the medical doctor's money; and to control every doctor's activities. The AMA never achieved that type of control, however they tried their best over the years.

The corrupt pharmaceutical companies saw the opportunity to control the FDA's newly acquired powers and make billions in the process. They stated buying every small pharmaceutical company they could purchase; just as fast as they could. What they couldn't purchase they incited the FDA with its new found power to go after them for some pretexted reason.

The three-way conspiratorial pac was now complete between the FDA, corrupt pharmaceutical companies and the AMA.

Note: Not all the pharmaceutical companies were corrupt, or part of this pac. Some sold out, some fell by the wayside under the pac's attack; while the larger ones survived, but veryvery few survived without joining the pac.

One of the disasters this conspiratorial pac created was; not to just put their competition out of business, but eliminated just about every private research company that was on the cutting edge of developing new products, that would cure and treat diseases. Also, it almost eliminated every innovative medical professional that was coming up with new, safer, better, and much cheaper methods of treating their patients; than the FDA approved drugs that were price gouging the public because of the pac.

The correct descriptive terminology this website came up with for this conspiratorialpac is: The Rat Pac.

There Was Opposition To This Rat Pac

As aforestated, most of the competition was wiped out; some even placed in prison. However, some would not succumb and survived the rat pac's onslaught.

Many naturopath and homeopathic doctors fought the rat pac, as chiropractors came into their own, as did acupuncture specialists. Many of them; to survive, formed an alliance with the American Academy of Alternative Medicine (ACAM) in California. This is a fine organization, that organized manyalternative doctors throughout the world; while affording these alternative doctors, an avenue to get their heads together, and come up with new and innovative successful treatments. Many mainstream medical doctors, formally with the AMA left the AMA and joined ACAM.

The dietary supplement industry fought the rat pac additionally; having a few victories. Thanks to ethical former congressman Berkley Bedell and other ethical legislators.

Even though legislative law was passed to essentially protect people within the dietary supplement industry against the rat pac; the rat pac influenced the judicial department of the United States to disregard the law our legislators passed and imprison people in the dietary supplement business.

Most recently 2003, Jason Vale was jailed and found guilty of illegally selling drugs. Mr. Vale was selling apricot seeds for people to try; to see if it would cure their cancer. There is no question that apricot seeds have the distinct possibility of curing cancer. Mr. Vale had found this out first hand. This young man had put his own cancer into remission and was on his way to full recovery when he was placed in jail by the FDA and the rat pac. Additionally, James T. Kimball was a victim of the rat pac'sjudicial system's total disobedience of legislative law.

Not only did the rat pac disobey the legislative law that protected Kimball from an indictment; the Federal judge and prosecutor violated every constitutionalright, law and court ethics to secure an indictment and conviction. To include blatant proven perjury. This contrived conviction of 60 year old Kimball, was his first conviction ever; and the corrupt Federal judge; Richard Lazzara of Tampa, Florida gave Kimball essentially a life sentence of 13 years in Federal prison.

The rat pac eventually gained limited control over the dietary supplement industry, and are still struggling for total control so they can take it over completely.
