How The Rat Pac Did It
1. As aforestated under How The FDA Evolved , the Rat Pac consisting of the FDA, AMA and corrupt companies forming the pharmaceutical cartel, came together in a combined/conspiratorial effect to control all medicine; medical devices and procedures; medical doctors; control all the lives of the people of the United States via medicine; while extorting vast sums of money from the public.
2. The Rat Pac via paid lobbyists, special interest groups in the medical field, propaganda, bribes, had the legislators eating out of their hands, passing just about every law needed to gain complete control over everyone in the U.S. medically; along with their pocketbooks. The legislature even passed totally unconstitutional laws taking away freedom of speech from every person in this country. That gave the Rat Pac card blanch control over everyone. 3. By this time antibiotics had taken over in the U.S. in the form of penicillin and the Rat Pac knew that new bacteria were developing resistant to penicillin. They also knew that abuse of the antibiotic penicillin had caused the new strains to develop. However, they kept pumping out the penicillin anyway. This deliberate abuse is well discussed under Infectious Diseases - Is There A Cure?
4. The Rat Pac now knew that the developing new bacteria was indirectly caused by the introduction of antibiotics in this case, penicillin, and its over use would open a never ending revolving door for new products and big money. New antibiotics needed to be developed for the new evolving strains of bacteria; then promoted to overuse; so new strains of bacteria could develop and the money chain would never stop and it never did.

5. Patent rights needed to be assured for the pharmaceutical cartel for all new products developed:
To accomplish this fraudulent feat; the FDA in collusion with other factions that were Government controlled; namely the patent office, the U.S. Pharmacopoeia and others, had to come up with a scheme to secure patent rights for newly discovered pharmaceuticals, so the pharmaceutical cartel would fleece the public financially.
6. It doesn't appear, that the AMA had anything to do with this lethal conspiracy. The American Medical Association had already been guaranteed what they wanted. Control as an association over the doctors and any other medicaldevice they could put on their stamp of approval. They were already assuredalmost every new product coming out was to be approved by the FDA, only by prescription, costing the people in the U.S. trillions in doctor's visits; as well as the escalation of medical insurance. The AMA was to continue its stronghold over doctors, by dictating "their" method of treatment and devices that only the AMA approved for doctors to use. The AMA was to keep the doctors brainwashed, as well as the public on what they could receive for treatment and products.
7. In order to gain patent rights for these new products the pharmaceutical cartel and FDA part of the Rat Pac, had to convince the patent office and everyone else that when it came to the "now" FDA approved drugs; any chemical the FDA approved as a drug, would be the same produced by anyone else.
The FDA And Pharmaceutical Cartel Knew This Was A Lie
8. The Rat Pac knew as well as any chemist or scientist; later admitted by the FDA; that a chemical produced by different companies is NOT and "WILL NOT" be the same even though they are allowed to be called the same chemical name. Some chemicals allowed to be used with the same name; vary immensely from one product to another; as does their structural makeup. About the only exception to the rule is if one company producing a chemical, were to give their "exact" manufacturing process (trade secrets) to another company. Then the 2 chemicals may be the same under scientific testing.
9. The truth is: Any company by patent law, making the same named chemical the FDA approved, should be able to secure a patent for their same named product, merely because under scientific testing the same named chemical will NOT be the same chemical as the one the FDA approved as a drug.
Almost Every Substance On Earth That Has Been
Identified Has A Chemical Name
As an example: "Water" is a chemical. The chemical name for water is "DIHYDROGEN OXIDE". This chemical; also known as water can cure you or kill you. No water is exactly the same unless it comes from the same source or producer.
Some mineral waters produced have medicinal benefits, while others appear to have none. Some mineral waters coming out of the ground have medicinal benefits while other water coming out of the ground have none. Water coming out of the ground will obviously cure dehydration if a person were dying of such; while water out of the sea can kill you; the same as water coming out of a sewer.
Water or di hydrogen oxide today is produced by many companies. Some of it is good for you, some not so good. All "di hydrogen oxides" are different unless coming from the same source.
It Is Exactly The Same With Any Chemical
To Include FDA So Called "Drugs"
10. However, the Rat Pac convinced the patent office to do exactly what by its own rules should not do; issue a patent for a chemical to one certain company; while refusing to issue a patent for the same named chemical produced by a different company that is structurally different. Some same name drugs being dramatically different; the same as sea water,mineral water, lake water, sewer water, distilled water and sterile water. All the samechemical "di hydrogen oxide".
11. This accomplished, the "Rat Pac" had to come up with a method to stop any "new research company" from developing a new product; gainingpatent rights; then FDA approval; and jumping in on their conspiratorialmethod of making billions of dollars, fleecing the public for 15 to 20 years out of their money.
12. That wasn't too hard to accomplish. All the Rat Pac had to do, is convince the FDA, who was power hungry, and money hungry, to initiatelaws, rules and regulations making it near impossible for any research company to afford the millions of dollars for FDA approval, or the 6-10 years wait for such approval. This would assure any research company it would be a futile attempt to gain FDA approval for their new product. Better to just sell the rights to the pharmaceutical cartel, if they were interested. However, the pharmaceutical cartel wasn't very interested in acquiring any product better than theirs were. That's because they were already in the market place with a similar product making billions of dollars from the compromised public.
13. The FDA grabbed the opportunity and implemented laws, rules, regulations which made it prohibitive for any developing research company to introduce any new product into the marketplace; no matter how good, safe or effective it was. They would now be forced to sell their newly developed product to the pharmaceutical cartel for peanuts, if they wanted it at all.

14. The pharmaceutical cartel wanted new drugs approved by the FDA to make more billions of dollars; while the AMA needed more prescription drugs approved for their reign over the doctors and their medical treatments and devices. The AMA and pharmaceutical cartel need to convince the FDA to go "against" their congressional mandate set forth by Congress to approve:
Safe And Effective Drugs
This mandate to approve safe and effective drugs
was the very reason the FDA came in existence
via Congress.
15. The proposed drugs now being introduced for the most part by the pharmaceutical cartel, were "not safe" and many only "sporadically" effective, while some carried the distinct possibility to kill people. However, with the billions of dollars coming in, and graft easily handed out by the pharmaceutical cartel, via stock in a booming stock market; plus the fact the United States was now ranked above 15 in the world in medicine; it should be no problem to do whatever was necessary to get the FDA executives at the time to:
Go against their Congressional mandate.
16. The FDA went directly against its mandate and started approvingdangerous drugs instead of only safe ones, along with sporadic effectiveness in many.

17. What was the U.S. public doing at this time? This went on from the 1960's - 1980's. The public was interested in its new houses, admiring their new cars, watching a lot of TV, in confidence the U.S. Government wouldn't hurt them; lie to them, or steal their money from them.

18. What the public didn't realize at the time was; their Government is made up of people, many corrupt; while "Government" is only a "Word". Of course, the people in Government most assuredly were not going to turn themselves in for being corrupt. They are just making too much money!!

It's Going On "NOW" More Than Ever
19. With private research companies now mostly "extinct", the pharmaceutical cartel and their cronies "cry out" for the next few years the reason the private companies were put out of business was the FDA's fault.
They bold faced "lied" to the public
in their well prepared propaganda.
The pharmaceutical cartel, stated it costs
millions of their dollars to develop a drug.
A Total Lie
20. The pharmaceutical companies almost never develop a drug or pharmaceutical. That propaganda was a complete lie to convince the questioning public the justification for the high cost of drugs and the need for patent rights, along with the disappearance of small research companies on the edge of breakthroughs.

21. With the private research companies all but gone; and the pharmaceutical cartels not interested in spending a few million for research, of the billions of dollars they were receiving from the U.S. public, they convinced high corrupt Government employees to jump into action and put through a Government grant drug program to develop new drugs. This new grant program was kept quiet from the public. After all, corrupt Government employees most assuredly do not want the public to know where their tax dollars are going.
22. New drugs were developed with this new grant money in universities. However, not nearly enough, as the majority of the money did not go where it was supposed to go naturally!
23. About 25% of the Government grant monies ever went to actual drug research. Even with that, new drugs were developed, but NOT by the pharmaceutical cartel, for the most part.
The taxpayer is not only being "extorted" out of their
money; by exorbitant price gouging protected by the
FDA and the patent office; they are paying for the
research to develop the drugs, via their taxes.
What Happened To The Other
75% Of The Grant Monies?
24. When new found money starts flying around it corrupts the supposed, incorruptible. The vast majority of universities high echelon faculty running the operations and money end of the universities; saw a perfect opportunity to take the drug research grant monies and use it elsewhere. And that's exactly what they did.
DEDI's research revealed that 50% of the grant monies coming in for research went directly into the university funding, and 50% went to their research department. The universities could justify this, because, after all, they may have paid their staff, in salaries, $500,000.00 to write a million dollar Federal grant. That's worth half, at least in their corrupt minds.
Now, the other half went directly to the research department. So if a million dollar grant came in for research on a cancer drug; the research department received $500,000.00. If the head of that department, is, or was, interested in researching what the paid grant writers for the university asked to receive money for; then that researcher jumped in and did their job, which some did and products were developed.
However, if the research department head was not interested and did not want to work, or get involved, they would not work on the research themselves. They would have their unqualified undergraduate students work on the research. Other faculty department heads didn't have time to conduct the research themselves due to the fact, with this new found free money the high echelon of the university wanted even more free money; and ordered their department heads to write more grants to acquire even more money. This produced, for the most part nothing. This research was relatively cheap, so the rest of the grant money was allocated for new equipment that the researcher wantednot connected to the grant, or a different research program; or held in reserve; or doled out to a different department.
Kimball's associates hold the names of universities and some of the faculty, involved in this fraud.
25. Many of the drugs developed in the universities were not totally finished, were dangerous with serious side effects. Many needed to be further researched, and cleaned up so to speak; to remove all the contaminates that caused serious side effects, up to death. The universities didn't want to spend any more time, or "their grant monies," which of course was the taxpayers money. "Your money"!! They then handed it over, sold it off to the pharmaceutical companies; who didn't want to spend the money either.
26. The more greedy universities came up with a plan to make even more money with this free taxpayer money. They gave their department heads an incentive to work and develop new drugs. They told their faculty members that if they developed a new drug with their allotted 1/2 of the grant money; that the university would patent the drug and sell it to the pharmaceutical cartel and give the researcher5% of the total sales the pharmaceutical company sells the product to the public for.
These universities had already made a deal with the pharmaceutical cartel to pay the university 10% of their sales for every product that that university developed and was approved by the FDA. The universities were now in business with the pharmaceutical cartel and the "Rat Pac."
What was the general public doing
while all this was going on?
27. They were buying their houses, buying new cars, watching the propaganda on TV, being complacent."However," some people started to realize that some of their relatives and friends were dying from interactions of new drugs. Some were new chemotherapy and radiation treatments; along with seeing some horrible side effects of these new approveddrugs. Some saw the crippling permanent damage these new drugs caused with their friends, and relatives. They didn't know that a "Rat Pac" existed.They didn't know that the FDA "deliberately" went "against" their congressional mandate to approve "only" safe and effective drugs. Those people weren't going to believe that the "FDA" would approve a drug that could harm anyone. After all they have taken over our lives medically; to "protect" all of us; not hurt us.
It was at that point in time, people like James T. Kimball were "screaming" Death for Dollars , and had renamed the FDA -

Alternative Doctors And The Dietary
Supplement Industry Fight Back
28. Even though the Rat Pac (FDA, AMA and pharmaceutical cartel) was bent on total control over every person in the U.S. via medicine, doctors and the dietary supplement producers fought back. Many were run out of business while others were imprisoned.
29. Alternative doctors against the Rat Pac's taking total control over every individual's right to "freedom of choice" in medicine banned together and associations were formed as a result.
30. Dr. Julian Whitaker stood out against the Pac and many doctors rallied around him and others. Dr. Whitaker is a renowned physician, author and editor of news articles and periodicals. He did, and still does a great job of informing the public of what the Rat Pac was up to, promoting freedom of choice in medicine. He advised in essence that the Rat Pac was killing and maiming many U.S. citizens.

Beats The Rat Pac
Bill Faloon of Ft Lauderdale and Saul Kent from California were the founders of a magazine, Life Extension. This magazine was telling the truth about dietary supplements and how effective proper dietary supplements were in treating, curing and preventing disease.
The Rat Pac was bent on putting that industry totally out of business. It didn't matter to the Rat Pac, that dietary supplements were effective in treating and preventing diseases. Or the fact that dietary supplements in many cases worked better than FDA approved drugs with nearly no side effects. While the side effects of many FDA approved drugs killed some and crippled others for life.
Dietary supplements could NOT be patented. Therefore, there was not an avenue to price gouge the public. No exclusives with dietary supplements.
There could be no Government approved
MONOPOLY
with dietary supplements like the
Rat Pac conspiracy with drugs.
Life Extension paid millions of dollars in attorney's fees to fight off the onslaught of the FDA and their conspirators. It took nearly 7 years to fight off the FDA conspiratorial indictment against Bill Faloon and Saul Kent. They were however victorious and beat back this illegal conspiratorial Rat Pac.
Tens of thousands of subscribers to the Life Extension magazine; backed these two brave individuals not only with money, but actually participated themselves in stopping the trial from continuing. The FDA was forced to settle, or be beaten.

Bill Faloon, Life Extension Foundation's current president, is still very active in exposing the corrupt Rat Pac. The Life Extension Magazine is still printing the truth about (newly discovered) uses for dietary supplements, while his magazine recommends the ones he believes to be most effective.

People like Sandy Shaw and Durke Pearson who are also renown authors on the subject of dietary supplements were fierce advocates against the Rat Pac. They had, as of 1999 won legal action against the FDA. Just prior to Kimball's rigged conviction, Kimball had followed one of their legal cases. Even though the Federal court ruled in Shaw and Pearson's favor, the FDA refused to obey the court. Total "Lawless Authority."
The last time Kimball spoke to Durke Pearson, days before he was imprisoned, Duke told Kimball he was filing to institute a contempt order against the FDA for not approving the honest labeling he wanted on his company's dietary supplements.
