9. Ruben Castillo of Chicago, Illinois is a "big shot" on the sentencing commission and is as evil and corrupt as any person on earth. Judge Castillo is also a district court judge in the Northern District of Illinos.

Mr. Castillo is directly responsible for instituting "cruel and abusive" treatment to the "people" of the United States and "contributing" to their "early deaths."

He has deliberately violated his oath and the constitutional rights of every person in the United States by his actions. He along with others on the sentencing commission that are not Federal judges namely: John R. Steer of Fairfax, Virginia; Michael E. Horowitz of Chevy Chase, Maryland; Michael E. O'Neill (Professor) of Chevy Chase, Maryland; Edward F. Reilly, Jr. of Leavenworth, Kansas and Deborah J. Rhodes of San Diego, California; are the reason that young adults in their late teens and early 20's are sentenced to 15 years to life in Federal prison; for non-violent victimless crimes. These people are the direct cause of thousands of innocent people being sent to prison for "exceedingly"long "cruel and abusive" sentences in "violation" of the 5 th, 6 th, 8 th and 14 th Amendments to the US Constitution of the United States.

These people are a disgrace to the "human race"

These perverted people have taken away peoples' 5 th Amendment right which states a person must be indicted to be charged with a crime; taken away the 6 th Amendment stating the right to be fully informed of the accusation; taken away the 7 th Amendment right to have a trial by jury; taken away the 8 th Amendment right of no cruel and unusual punishments will be inflicted; and taken away the 14 th Amendment right which states; everyone is entitled to life and liberty, due process of law and equal protection of the laws.

Ruben Castillo and the others mentioned herein are clearly

guilty of acts against humanity

making up the sentencing guidelines
"that are totally inhumane"

• Breaking up families for 10 - 30 years
• Torturing children and relatives 10 - 30 years
• For crimes that there weren't any victims
• Taking away loved ones for 10 -30 years because an indigent person went hunting for food with a rifle and had been convicted of a stolen car 14 years earlier.
• Putting people in prison for life destroying families because a person stole $25.00 worth of merchandise three times.
• Putting a twenty-year-old man in prison for 25 years because he was caught selling $40.00 worth of crack twice, destroying an entire family.
• The Feds taking a case away from a state who was putting a drug addict in a drug rehab program, then the Feds sentence the drug addict to 10 years in Federal prison because the guidelines say so.

There are thousands of examples of what these evil people have done. Many people died in prison due to evil people like Ruben Castillo and others mentioned herein.
