GOALS OF (CLC): The goals of CLC are to get every American involved in bringing back our full constitutional rights to include: our rights to life and liberty; our rights to privacy in our dwellings; and in our lives; our rights to a fair and impartial trial and our rights to "Freedom" as put forth by the framers of the Bill of Rights/Constitution.

We Need You 
CLC Goals Are:
1. To expose all Government employee corruption and illegalities perpetrated against law abiding United States citizens at all levels of Government; from the Federal level on down to the state and city levels.
2. To restore "Pride in America again", peace and tranquility among all Americans. To restore our country to a country of the people; by the people, and for the peopleNOT to continue to be run by its evolved dictatorships. Currently our country is a country of the rich, by the rich, and for the rich, and our country's operations are of the few, by the few and for the few.
3. To restore reasonable taxes and plug all the tax loopholes only the rich benefit from.
4. To abolish nuclear weapons from the face of the earth forever.
5. To STOP the aggression created by the evolved dictators both past and currently conducting the military operations of our great and powerful nation.
Those dictators over the past ten years have killed and maimed hundreds of thousands of innocent Americans, and foreigners to include women and children without the consent of the people of the United States. The United States has become the NUMBER 1aggressor in the world; again without the consent of its people.
6. To enact law, only by vote of the people, if the people of the United States have voted and agreed that NO elected official may on their own declare war or initiate any military action against any other nation, unless such action is approved by 60% of the vote in the House of Representatives. The only exception being an emergency condition where our country is being attacked by a foreign nation.
It appears clear, because we have become the most powerful nation on earth some dictators have abused our great power and influence to bully less powerful nations into submission, either by threat or force. These acts were NOT approved by vote by the United Nations, nor by the people of the United States. These few dictators have placed themselves above the people of the United States; above the United Nations; above all humane laws and ordered the killing and maiming of thousands and the destruction of foreign lands under fabricated pretexts.
These acts appear to be acts against humanity and carry the implication of treasonous acts against the people of the United States.
Because of these unwarranted acts of influence and aggression by these dictators, many nations fear and intensely dislike the United States. These continuing acts of aggression via influence and force, place every citizen's life in danger from foreign attack; as these smaller nations are sure to retaliate for the unwarranted and unauthorized US aggression. This US aggression must stop before it causes us to be destroyed.
7. To abolish laws which on their face are directly contrary to the Bills of Rights/Constitution, ambiguous unclear, contradictory, and there are thousands of such laws currently in force.
8. To incarcerate all known criminals, with emphasis upon violent crimes, while freeing the innocent who were deliberately wrongly convicted and imprisoned by corrupt Government employees. There are many which we classify as political prisoners who stood up for the rights endorsed herein and were put in Federal Prison for standing up for those rights.
9. To stop the lawless authority that is spreading like a cancer amongst some Governmental employees of high stature. This lawless authority is well depicted on this site.
10. To promote the enactment of law which will make members of the Judicial, Executive and Legislative Branch of Government accountable for violations of the Constitution and their oath of office. Currently these high ranking Department officials are immune from deliberate violations of a citizen's constitutional rights and violations of their oath of office to uphold the constitution. Notwithstanding, in performing these acts, these employees knowingly and deliberately falsely imprison many Americans and have declared themselves immune from prosecution and civil suits for such inhumane acts. All this constitutes lawless authority!
Laws such as depicted in this website under "Proposed Constitutional Amendment" need to be promoted and enacted; along with the proposed laws stated within James T. Kimball's Declaration 113-114.
CLC Note: In December of 2003 the Baton Rouge Newspaper printed an article "Bush Re-election Based On Fearmongering: The Bogeyman will Get US!"
The article went on to state "Bush actually wants perpetual war, which is perpetual power" continuing "he's pretty good at warmongering, so why not play the fear card."
The article by syndicated columnist, Charley Reese, went on to state "Mr. Bush has invited all of the world's terrorists to attack us by declaring war on them "rather than going after the terrorists who actually attacked us."
Columnist Reese ended his article by stating: "You as a citizen ought not to fall for all this fearmongering."
"There is no need to be 6 trillion dollars in debt, to maintain a 400 billion dollar defense budget, and there is darn sure no need to give up our liberty in the name of security."
CLC concurs wholeheartedly with what Charley Reese put in print and would have added this: With nuclear weapons more plentiful than ever around the world, Mr. Bush's warmongering creating more hatred of the United States by the Middle Eastern countries while creating intense dislike for his actions in the European countries; it may not be long before the nuclear weapons we developed in the 1940's by the United States, fall upon us, killing millions.
Most recently Mr. Bush and his henchmen blatantly estopped Freedom of the Press; forbidding the press from releasing pictures of the mutilated bodies of our young soldiers, or even the pictures of closed caskets of our young who have died and are still dying for his lies and the lies of his henchmen like Attorney General Ashcroft.
Hide the truth from all Americans orders Mr. Bush. We don't want loyalAmericans to know how, and how many young Americans are dying for his warmongering and evil deception of the American people, touting: Iraq has nuclear weapons, when Mr. Bush knew in fact they did NOT.
Should nuclear weapons hj suddenly appear in Iraq, CLC would tend to believe that Mr. Bush and his henchmen had something to do with them being planted.
CLC has the tendency to believe that there are Middle Eastern countries that already have nuclear weapons with the United States name on them, and if the Bush administration henchmen continue in power, the United States may well be on the receiving end of such destructive devices, due only to Mr. Bush's warmongering.
Don't you believe for one minute that nuclear weapons need to be launched from Middle Eastern countries. Today's nuclear weapons can fit easily in the trunk of a small car, can be smuggled into this country in small pieces and assembled within the US and ignited without us even being aware of their existence. CLC encourages and NEEDS every employee working for the Federal,
State, or Local Government to participate in CLC goals
and activities.
We are aware that the vast majority of Federal, State and Local
Government employees are hardworking while being concerned
with what's going on around them.
To Be A Participant Cost Nothing
All you need to be able to do is donate 15 minutes or more of your time per day, 3 days a week. CLC will guide you with exactly what you can do to restore "all" the rights mentioned herein. All you need to do is provide us with your name and address stating at what times and days of the week you are available to participate and we will get back with you. If you don't want to leave your name or address and want to help or be a participant; let CLC know what days and times you have available and leave us an e-mail - fax or some form of contact that CLC can communicate with you, and we will advise you of how "you" can change things FAST!!
