June 21, 2004 BOP Continues Torture Of Prisoners

1. Mr. R. E. Holt , Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Southeast Regional manager in Atlanta, Georgia, continues his torture of illegally held prisoners at his strong arm prison.

2. On June 20, 2004, Father’s Day, one of Holt’s torture and death camps, Yazoo Prison in Yazoo, Mississippi; allowed family visits for only 3 hours; while making families wait to see the illegally held prisoners in 90 degree heat for 2 – 3 hours. (Why are the prisoners illegally held?) Review No Justice – No Constitution on this website.

3. What kind of monster is R. E. Holt? Mr. Holt is the kind of evil person that corrupt Government officials want in a position such as he is in.

4. Mr. Holt retaliates against anyone who stands in his way, or criticizes his evil ways.

5. The Bureau of Prisons’ own law clearly states the BOP is to promote family ties and additionally; to place prisoners within 500 miles of their homes.

6. Not at Holt’s punishment prisons,. Holt is the law. No laws apply to Holt; he is immune!!

Lawless Authority

7. This writer knows many prisoners at Holt’s torturous death camp in Yazoo, that are deliberately kept away from their families; only because of Holt’s sadism! This writer (Kimball) is one of the many.

One example of hundreds, is a “ blind ” prisoner; David Cross , BOP #63196-065; who was illegally convicted by corrupt Government officials in a 10 year attack to put him out of the cattle ranching business.

8. Mr. Cross’s home is in Oregon. Mr. Cross’s wife has multiple sclerosis (MS). Yet the BOP sent Mr. Cross to Mississippi. Mr. Holt refused to transfer Mr. Cross nearer his wife and family for 3 years even though BOP law states he must. Mr. Holt reveals no compassion for illegally convicted Mr. Cross, or the fact corrupt Government officials bankrupted him. Or, the fat Mr. Cross is “blind” and “handicapped”. And the fact his family cannot afford to travel from Oregon to Mississippi to visit him. Additionally, Mr. Holt has his number 1 man; O. D. Holland in Yazoo, head of the sweatshop UNICOR inflict even more punishment upon Mr. Cross. Because Mr. Cross is blind and cannot see, he is in serious trouble attempting to secure his food in the cafeteria. The assistant wardens, A. W. Fisher and A. W. Mitchell, allowed Mr. Cross to enter the cafeteria escorted by a helper, immediately to acquire his food.

9. Not O. D. Holland, the strong arm at UNICOR in Yazoo. Mr. Holland ordered Mr. Cross to find the prisoner food line and stand in line for up to 30 minutes in the freezing cold to secure his food. Mr. Cross cannot even see when the person ahead of him in the line, moves forward.

It’s quite obvious Mr. Holland is one very sick individual, while he controls the goings on at Yazoo Federal prison, under the strong arm of Holt.

10. Mr. Cross has one thing to look forward to, he will be released from Mr. Holt’s Chamber of Horrors in a few months.

11. Mr. Holt’s torturous, discriminatory transfer program reflects exactly what Mr. Holt is. You decide!!

WAIT A MINUTE: Evil Director Holt isn’t done torturing Mr. Cross even after his release. Mr. Cross’s wife is too ill to come and pickup Mr. Cross and his children cannot afford to come from Oregon to pick him up. Holt has ordered Mr. Cross; again who is handicapped and blind; to take a bus over 2,000 miles from Yazoo to his home in Oregon. What kind of man is Holt? You decide!!

12. Mr. Holt additionally, wanted to make sure families are kept separated. Mr. Holt ordered his torture prisons to close one of their visiting rooms and make it into an employee lounge. Both prisons Kimball was at, had their 2 nd visiting rooms closed down, under the direct orders of R. E. Holt.

13. It clearly appears to Kimball that R. E. Holt must be a devil worshipper along with many other corrupt evil Government employees. With the deliberate ongoing “evil”deeds of Holt and others; these people can’t possibly feel they are any part of the human race.

Maybe these corrupt evil people currently holding Lawless Authority positions, believe they are of a superior race.

14. Mr. Holt stopped well over 200 family visitors from obtaining full visits, delaying visitors for hours at a time; needlessly; just because of this demented thinking.

15. At Yazoo punishment prison, unlike other Federal prisons under his iron fist; not only did he close down the second visiting room, he cut visits from 5 days a week at other prisons under his control, to 2 ½ days a week at Yazoo.

16. Coleman Prison under Holt’s direct control is an exact duplicate of Yazoo punishment prison with the exception that Coleman Low’s buildings are larger. It clearly appears that Holt’s punishment prison houses more prisoners than Coleman with half the visiting days allotted by Hitler. I’m sorry! I meant Holt!

17. After 8 months of stalling by the BOP’s freedom of information department; Kimball’s associates finally secured the truth about how many prisoners Coleman prison was built to house; in their general prisoner housing unit.

18. The figure provided by the BOP was 1,190 prisoners. Holt’s punishment prison in Yazoo with smaller accommodations is currently housing over 2,000 prisoners; some sleeping in hallways and on cots in former quiet rooms.

19. As aforestated: BOP regional Director R. E. Holt converted visiting rooms in his prisons which would accommodate well over 200 visitors to employee lounges for 5 or 10 employees.

20. Employee lounges “before” closing up a visiting rooms at Yazoo:

1. The employees at Yazoo had full use of two visiting rooms holding over 200 people each, with food and vending machines 90% of the time.
2. The employees have their own private cafeteria.
3. Most all employees have their own offices with full access to vending machines.
4. In the prisoner housing unit each floor, in each building has a lounge with at least a refrigerator and microwave oven, for approximately 6 employees during the day. In the over 2 years Kimball has been at Yazoo Prison, he has never even seen “ one” BOP staff member in any of the 6 lounges in the three housing units at Yazoo during the day. The ONE officer on duty on each floor of a housing unit; housing for over 150 prisoners during the day; in addition to the employee lounge has 2 private offices. Not one!! But two. Even the officers will admit; the honest ones at least; they do not need 2 offices.

It appears that the only time the staff lounge may be used at all in the housing units; would be between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. in the morning for; by two officers only. After 4:00 P.M. the doors are locked between the two housing units on each floor where the lounge is located.

Prisoners are not allowed to travel in the hallway between the two housing units near the employee lounge area, where the TV is located after 4:00 P.M.

After 4:00 P.M. there is normally one officer assigned to each housing unit of 150 prisoners. However, when the lights are turned out at 10:00 P.M. and the screaming and yelling starts in the prisoner units; it is rare to find any officer around.

It is assumed that the officers from each unit disappear into the lounge and watch TV, to get away from the screaming prisoners. I believe an honest guard would admit that fact. This is totally understandable, under the circumstances, as it clearly appears that 10% of the prisoners; at least in Kimball’s unit, belong in an insane asylum; not a Federal prison.

21. So What Does R. E. Holt do? Opens another employee lounge and stops over 200 families from visiting their fathers. That would make perfect sense to a demented individual.
